(RNN) – If you had a baby last year, have you checked to see where his or her name ranks?

The SSA has released the most popular baby names for 2013, and Sophia keeps her No. 1 spot on the girls list for the third year in a row. Emma, Olivia, Isabella and Ava are also in the top five.

The top five girls' names have been the same since 2008; only the ranking has changed.

Noah has surpassed Jacob to become the No. 1 name for boys. Liam came in second, and Jacob slipped to third after spending 14 years on top. Mason and William round out the top five.

In the last 100 years, the name Michael held the top spot the most often, showing up in the top spot for boys 44 times. Mary has been ranked No. 1 for girls 42 times.
