LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY MORNING: Expect gradually clearing skies, light to moderate west breezes, and low temperatures in the upper 50s and lower 60s.

WEEKEND FORECAST: Enjoy a bright and sunny weekend with daytime temperatures peaking in the upper 70s and lower 80s and nighttime temperatures in the 50s and 60s. Enjoy!

A PEEK INTO NEXT WEEK: A storm system will bring a period of humidity and scattered showers and storms - primarily between Tuesday and Thursday. Daily highs: mainly upper 70s and lower 80s.

    As a result of last weekend's heavy rain, rivers in South Mississippi rose above flood stage. But, as of 8:00 AM April 17th, most local rivers have fallen below flood stage. However, the Pascagoula and Pearl rivers continue to slowly rise.
