Screen Gems to resume studio tours, 'Under the Dome' set included

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - EUE/Screen Gems Studios announced on Tuesday that tours of their production complex will resume on Saturday, April 26.

Guests will get an insider's look into the largest studio complex east of California and experience Screen Gems' rich history of films and television shows produced at the facility over the last three decades

The tour will also include a behind the scenes look at the CBS hit series Under the Dome.

Tours will be hosted on Saturdays and Sundays at 10 a.m., 12 noon, and 2 p.m. throughout the summer, weather permitting. 

The tours will be located at 1223 N. 23rd Street in Wilmington. The cost will be $12 for adults, $10 for students and military personnel with an ID, and $5 for children 12 and under. Screen Gems only accepts cash at this time.
