Local Realtor Exposes What Really Goes On Behind The Scenes In The Real Estate Industry

Posted: Updated:

Kandiyohi County Realtor, Debbie Caylor, recently published a book that reveals what buyers and sellers need to know before contacting a real estate agent.

WILLMAR, MN, USA / ACCESSWIRE / March 25th, 2014 / Debbie Caylor, a local Realtor from Kandiyohi County, has published her first book, “The Ultimate Guide To Buying And Selling Homes In The Willmar Area: What You Need To Know BEFORE Contacting A Real Estate Agent.

“The biggest obstacle in buying or selling a home is fear—and that fear usually comes from not knowing what to do. I wrote this book to empower the average person to make confident decisions when it comes to buying or selling a home,” said Caylor.

Brian Clark, founder of Copyblogger, echoes Caylor’s thoughts on how information empowers the consumer: “The single advantage you had is gone. You are no longer the gatekeeper. You’ve lost your monopoly on the information, and it’s never coming back.”

Caylor’s new book is based on hundreds of transactions from her 20+ years helping clients buy and sell residential real estate in west central Minnesota.

“Reading Debbie’s book opened my eyes to what really goes on behind the scenes in real estate. I highly recommend anyone considering buying or selling a home read this book,” said Daryl Ingalsbe of Spicer, Minnesota.

Les Chermak added, “The Ultimate Guide To Buying And Selling Homes In The Willmar Area’” changed my perspective on how to select a real estate agent. So far I’ve borrowed out multiple copies to friends that were thinking about buying or selling. It’s really that important.”

Todd Graves stated, “I can’t believe how naive I was before reading Debbie’s book! I approached the buying process much differently because of what I learned in the book.”
