Last second bucket sinks Mississippi Gulf Coast Bulldogs

East Mississippi used as last second bucket to upended Gulf Coast 69-68 as Jacoby Mobley drove the length of the court to sink a game winning layup.

With only 5.3 seconds left on the clock, Roger Woods of Gulf Coast sank two free throws that gave the Bulldogs a 68-67 advantage.  He was the Bulldogs top gun netting 30 points.

Chris Bilbo added 10 points for the Bulldogs.

Coach Weathers gave his Bulldogs a good halftime speech with his team down 38-30.  Gulf Coast opened the second half on a 21-7 run to jump out to a 51-45 edge.

East Mississippi battled back and tied the game 67-67 on a three point bucket with :09 left in the game.

Gulf Coast ends the season with a 19-7 record and were 2013-14 Co-Champions of the MACJC South Division.
