Gas leak closes polling place at Gary Elementary

TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

A gas leak has forced the polling place at Gary Elementaryto close and the building is being evacuated, according to Smith County election officials.

This affects voters in Precincts 36, 70 and 80.

Those voters can cast a ballot at  the ElectionsOffice, 302 E Ferguson in downtown Tyler.

Election coverage on KLTV begins at 7 p.m. and coverage will also be continuous on KLTV.com/elections.
