Police search for missing teen last seen Saturday morning

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Police are searching for a missing teenager last seen last seen driving out of a UNO parking lot early Saturday morning.

Police say Hayley Howard, 19, was last seen leaving the parking lot of 2000 Lakeshore Drive at about 1:50 a.m. in a 2002 silver Toyota Corolla with Louisiana license plate number "XBP 643."

Howard is described as a Caucasian female about 5'3" tall, weighing 105 lbs. She was last seen wearing a knee-length black dress with white polka dots and black shoes with a small heal and silver accent on the toe.

Witnesses say Howard was observed intoxicated inside her vehicle.

According to the NOPD, her cell phone pinged in the area of the Leon C. Simon around 2:00am, and again near the Irish Bayou cell tower at 6:00am Sunday.

Anyone with information on the location of Hayley Howard is asked to call Det. Sandra Contreras, unit 1631, at the Sixth District Station at 658-6060 or 658-6146.
