2014 Gulf Coast Carnival Association King and Queen

BILOXI, MS (WLOX) -

The Gulf Coast Carnival Association's King and Queen are Katelyn Watts and Clay Blalack.

Katelyn is a senior at Ole Miss majoring in accounting and Clay is Executive Director of Kare-in-Home Health Services.

Queen Ixolib has been involved with the Gulf Coast Carnival Association for as long as she can remember. Her father was parade captain, and her grandfather was a duke. She served as a flag bearer in 2004 and a maid in 2013.

King D'Iberville has only been with GCCA for four years and served as a Duke in 2010. Both are more than honored to serve GCCA as King and Queen.
