CORINTH, Miss. (AP) - The annual Corinth home and garden tour has been set for April 4-5.
Tour chairwoman Laura Albright tells The Daily Corinthian (http://bit.ly/1p3GejD ) the sixth annual event will be from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in downtown Corinth and includes three cottages.
The home tour is the primary fundraiser for the Friends of the Verandah-Curlee House.
In five years, the group has donated $72,000 to help restore the historic house, a Greek revival design built in1857 and used during the Civil War as headquarters for Confederate Gen. Braxton Bragg.
