DALLAS, Feb. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Chris Faulkner, President & CEO of Breitling Energy Corporation (OTC: BECC), will kick off the 2014 Natural Gas Roundtable luncheon series at the prestigious University Club of Washington, D.C. on Tuesday February 25 at 12:30 p.m.

Faulkner will address the state of U.S. and global natural gas development in his speech, "The Fracking Truth: How to Safely Manage the Process and the Impact on the U.S. and the World."

The Natural Gas Roundtable has brought together leaders from the private and public sectors for an exchange of views on natural gas and energy policy for more than 40 years.  Attendees include energy thought leaders and influencers, lawmakers, regulators, and the media. Recent speakers include administration and cabinet-level officials, and members of Congress. 

Faulkner was named Industry Leader of the Year in 2013 by the Oil & Gas Awards for the Southwest Region and recognized in the "Dallas Who's Who in Energy" in 2012 and 2013. Breitling was awarded in 2013 for Exploration and Production by the Oil & Gas Awards, named "Best North American Operator" by World Finance Magazine in 2011, 2012 and 2013, to the "Dallas 100 List" in 2013, ranking fourth among the top 100 companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
