NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Encore Sessions, produced by Forward and made possible by Absolut, just released a new video featuring New York duo ASTR. Filmed at Encore Sessions' inaugural Los Angeles event held Friday, January 24 at The Standard Hollywood's intimate club mmhmmm, the video features ASTR performing their hotly received cover of Drake's single "Hold On We're Coming Home" - http://youtu.be/QrID8bUm2w0 

Named one of "The Top 10 Grammy Parties" by The Hollywood Reporter, Absolut's Encore Sessions made its Los Angeles debut Grammy weekend with an event co-hosted by 300 Entertainment - Lyor Cohen, Todd Moscowitz and Kevin Liles new company - and featured performances from ASTR and deejay sets from the Been Trill collective and Wade Crescent.

Party guests included unmasked Record & Album of the Year Grammy winners Daft Punk, pop starlets Rita Ora and Sky Ferreira, and actress Jessica Alba. Some of the music industry's biggest behind-the-scenes names also joined Absolut VP of Global Marketing Jonas Tahlin for the party, including: Tommy Boy founder Tom Silverman -- there to support his daughter and ASTR lead singer Zoe; BET CEO Debra Lee; Career Artist Management CEO Jordan Feldstein; and photographer/director of Beyonce's "Jealous" video Francesco Carrozzini. After two seasons at New York City club Le Baron Chinatown, playing host to amazing talent including Little Dragon, Theophilus London and Paloma Faith, Encore Sessions - the "most exclusive music series in America" - moved to Los Angeles for the 2014 season.
