LAS VEGAS, Feb. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Harvard/MIT endorsed math learning aid, Yamie Chess, that is being launched next week by United States Chess Champion Jennifer Shahade at the American International Toy Fair 2014 in New York (Booth #5954), announced today that Patrick Jones, the YouTube math educator who has over 83 million views on his math education channel called PatrickJMT (Patrick Just Math Tutorials) has published a YouTube video on Yamie Chess to explain the math and science concept behind the STEM learning aid. The YouTube video marks the first time since December when Harvard and MIT math PhDs published their analysis of Yamie Chess on the company's website, that one of the STEM advisors behind the math project has made public comment.

California Institute of Technology (Caltech) engineer and Yamie Chess contributor Gerardo Morabito gave an interview to the company last month on Yamie Chess' official blog, News from Snowmelt.

Mr. Jones, who is a Vanderbilt University math instructor and currently advising Wiley's "For Dummies" math book on Calculus, contributed valuable professional support to the Yamie Chess math project.

Yamie Chess was created by 2-time United States Chess Champion and Women's Grandmaster Jennifer Shahade in collaboration with post-graduate math experts and engineers from MIT, Caltech, Vanderbilt, Columbia, Stanford and the University of Arizona.
