Harrison Central has three players ink Division I National Letters of Intent

Harrison Central high school football coach Steve Jones had three players sign with Division I schools.

WLOX All-Around Player of the Year, Tito Windham, a defensive back signed with Oklahoma.

Red Rebels defensive back Lashard Durr inked with Mississippi State .

Defensive tackle Ladarius Kidd decided to become a Ragin' Cajun and is heading to Louisiana-Lafayette turning down an offer from Texas Tech.

Steve Jones said,"When younger kids see the fact that you can achieve a dream of getting an opportunity to play college football with three guys going Division One and three guys getting an opportunity to go to Junior College and have a chance to further their career in a couple of more years too, it just gives all those guys a goal."

Three other Harrison Central players are going the junior college route.

Co-Lin Community College secured the services linebacker ReJohn Franklin, tight end Thaddeus Collins is going to Pearl River and defensive end Britain Thompson signed with Holmes.

Other Players of Interest: WLOX Offensive Player of the Year, Picayune running back Preston Dedeaux, inked with Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College along with Gulfport quarterback Thad Miller.  D'Iberville running back Quantrell Reddix signed with Pearl River Community College.
