Boil Water Notice issued for NE Smith County

SMITH COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

A boil water notice has been issued for parts of northeastern Smith County until further notice.

Customers who use Star Mountain Water Supply in the Winona and Starville areas in Smith County are being advised to boil their water until further notice.

Officials with Star Mountain Water Supply will notify residents when it is safe to do otherwise. We will update you on this as we get more information.
