An Italian appeals court convicted former exchange student Amanda Knox and her ex-boyfriend on murder charges. They are accused of killing Meredith Kercher, Knox's roommate, in 2007. They were convicted in 2009 but acquitted on appeal in 2011. Knox currently lives in Seattle.
