Dothan man charged in rape, kidnapping of juvenile

DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) -

Dothan police say a man is facing multiple charges related to the rape and kidnapping of a juvenile.

Cleveland Thomas Jr., 49, is charged with first degree burglary, first degree rape, first degree sodomy and first degree kidnapping.

Police responded to the 300 block of Mona Drive in Dothan on  Jan. 11 in reference to a house burglary and discovered multiple crimes had taken place. Officers also located a juvenile victim. An investigation led to the arrest of Thomas.

Police haven't released any other information.
