PASS CHRISTIAN, MS (WLOX) -

An arrest has been made in the murder of a Long Beach woman. Antoine King, 33 of Pass Christian, is now charged with Regina Riley's murder.

On October 18, the 20-year-old's body was discovered in a pile of debris on a vacant lot on Clarence Avenue in Pass Christian. The coroner's office said the cause of death was asphyxiation.

Two days after the body was discovered, King was detained by police. At that time, the Harrison County Sheriff's Department charged him with Felony Taking of a Motor Vehicle. He's been held ever since then at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. The investigation continued, leading to Wednesday's murder charge.

Investigators told WLOX News King and Riley met just a few hours before she was killed on September 27. No other details are being released at this time.
