This week's 'Wellness Wednesday Challenge' focused on the importance of staying active.

Dietician Rebecca Turner joined WLBT's Jewell Hillery on Wednesday's Midday Mississippi to encourage our viewers to reach 10,000 steps per day.

After reaching 10,000 steps Turner motivates people to start lightly jogging and mixing jogging with running.
