JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

The man wanted for a Gautier capital murder has been arrested in Pascagoula.

Nicholas Marcel DeMorst, 23, is suspected in the shooting death of Hunter Miller. That's the Biloxi man who was shot in the back last week in Gautier's College Park neighborhood. Investigators believe the shooting was drug related.

DeMorst was arrested around 11:30am at the Taylor Heights Apartments in Pascagoula. The Southeast Mississippi Metropolitan Enforcement Team assisted in the capture, and said he did not resist arrest. DeMorst has been charged with capital murder.
