E. Patton Ave. Compass Bank robbery suspect arrested

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

The Montgomery Police Department says it has arrested a suspect in connection with the January 15 robbery of the BBVA Compass Bank on East Patton Avenue.

Christopher Tabb, 43 of Montgomery, was taken into custody by MPD detectives and the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force.

Tabb was charged with one count of first-degree robbery in connection to the robbery.

Following his arrest, Tabb was transported to the Montgomery County Detention Facility where he was being held under a $60,000 bond.
