Two arrested for auto burglary at hotel in D'Iberville

D'IBERVILLE, MS (WLOX) -

Two people were arrested Saturday accused of an auto burglary at the Suburban Lodge Hotel in D'Iberville, according to D'Iberville Police Chief Wayne Payne.

Payne said 21-year-old Justin Dylan Edgerton of St.Martin and a juvenile face one count of auto burglary. Edgerton and the juvenile allegedly burglarized a vehicle at the Suburban Lodge Hotel on Saturday, December 28.

Lt. Terry Hines said some of the stolen property was returned to the victim. Judge Albert Fountain set Edgerton's bond at $50,000 for auto burglary and is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. The juvenile was taken to the Harrison County Youth Detention Center.

Lieutenant Hines said the D'Iberville Police Department would like to thank the media and citizens for their help in solving this crime. Lieutenant Hines said with the information from the public, investigators were able to arrest Edgerton and the juvenile.
