Rotate Black leaders about to meet with gaming regulators

Gulfport may be step closer to getting its second casino.  Rotate Black developers meet with the Mississippi Gaming Commission in about an hour.  The special meeting is being held so Rotate Black can get the approval it needs to build a Hemingway themed casino on the westside of the Gulfport harbor.

Developers say they have their financing in place for the $112 million venture.  And they're looking for final approval of their casino plans.

Gulfport leaders are excited about the prospect.  On Friday, the city council passed a resolution showing its support for the development.
