Votes for the Living Room Makeover Contest semi-finalists will be accepted October 18 through November 1, 2005.(These dates are subject to change.)
One vote per person per day. This means that you can vote once every day of the week. To constitute a day, the entry must be received between the hours of 12 AM – 11:59 PM of the particular day.
Any additional votes beyond the ‘One Entry per Day Rule’ will be automatically deleted and will not be used in the final tally to determine the winner of the remodel.
Votes will only be taken by voting online at WLOX.com or sending your ballot to:

Mail in entries are also subject to the ‘One Entry per Day Rule,’ and will be judged based upon the postmarked date.
All mail in entries/hand written entries must have the authentic signature of the individual casting the vote.
Anyone can vote in this contest. Voters are not required to live inside WLOX-TV’s viewing area.
The deadline for votes is November 1, 2005 at 5 PM.
WLOX-TV and sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, forged, mass-reproduced or mass-transmitted, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible votes and such votes are void. WLOX-TV and sponsors are also not responsible telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in transmission or reception; and any condition caused by events beyond the control of WLOX-TV which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.
All mass e-mailer programs will be disqualified.
WLOX, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the voting process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any game not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Rules may be changed by WLOX-TV at any time throughout the contest with or without advance notice.
