Well, that's one way to say Merry Christmas!

Students from the Kilgore High School media department decided to scare the tinsel out of people for Christmas.

In the video, which was uploaded by to YouTube by the media department on Wednesday, faculty and students from Kilgore ISD pose next to a Christmas tree, thinking they are recording a Christmas greeting. Little do they know that lurking inside the tree is Kilgore student Rowdy Cayce.

    At 7:30 Wednesday morning, Ocean Springs city workers stepped up to the city hall flag pole.     The father and son charged with killing Philip Whitaker will make their initial appearance in court Wednesday. A court clerk says Carl and Terry Smith will be in Hancock County Justice Court sometime today. Hancock County Sheriff’s Department investigators arrested Terry Smith and his son, Carl Smith Tuesday after questioning them about Whitaker's shooting death.
