Business leaders hear the legislative vibe for 2014

GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) - Representative David Baria spent Wednesday morning addressing a room filled with business leaders as part of a pre-legislative Economic Vibe breakfast at the Knight Non-Profit Center in Gulfport.

Rep. Baria told people he thinks the legislature should fully fund the Mississippi Adequate Education program, focus on repairing aging roads and bridges, and reconsider expanding Medicaid in Mississippi this upcoming session.

Baria was one of five South Mississippi representatives and senators to speak at Wednesday's Coast Chamber sponsored forum.
