BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Bessemer Police say they have arrested a man for the illegal possession of a credit card belonging to a missing Bessemer man.

William Lee Worley, 47, of Bessemer is being held on a $15,000. He will be transferred from the Bessemer City Jail to the Jefferson County Jail.

Investigators say there is evidence that Worley attempted to use Dailey's card at a local business during the time Dailey has been missing.

Wednesdsay, police said they had identified the people who were caught on surveillance video using Dailey's credit card. Dailey was last seen November 13.

The identified people are not being called suspects by police. Police believe there are people who have information about Dailey's disappearance and they are asking them to come forward.

Dailey is known as "Jay" and "Red." He's described as a white male, 6', around 180 pounds with red hair and blue eyes. His father said he was last wearing a dark shirt, blue jeans, a black toboggan and a plaid, "lumber jack" type jacket.

Police say Dailey has several health issues and does not have his medication with him. His sister, Tina, says that he suffers from seizures, mental instabilities and even had a heart attack a few months ago.

Tina says the last day anyone heard from Dailey, he was on his way to buy a car.

"He was supposed to meet my cousin. Turns out my cousin couldn't get off work in time to meet him. He already withdrew money to buy the vehicle so we know he had cash on him, a cell phone on him, he had used it that day. He went away with someone we don't know and we have not heard back from him since that day," Tina said.

Tina says her family fears that someone may have robbed and killed Dailey. She and her family are hoping for answers in his disappearance.

Anyone with information about his location is asked to call Bessemer Police at 205-425-2411.
