Christmas events postponed due to weather

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Inclement weather has forced some cities to push back their Christmas parades.

The City of Prattville has rescheduled its parade for a second time to Monday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m.

The City of Montgomery Christmas parade has been moved to Dec. 19.

The City of Clanton has postponed its tree lighting until Dec. 12.

City of Wetumpka Nativity & Luminary Night has postponed the event until Dec. 20 at 6:30 p.m.

The Eclectic Police Department announced this year's Christmas parade was canceled.

    Thursday morning, the Shipt app will launch in Biloxi and Gulfport. The app will deliver purchases from Rouses and Target to customers in as little as an hour.

    The D’Iberville Police Department is requesting the assistance of the public to locate 17-year-old Madison Davis who was reported as a runaway on April 17, 2018.
