Dolly Parton's Imagination Library soars to success

DIAMONDHEAD, MS (WLOX) - A free book every month, for five years. That's what parents receive when they enroll their newborns in The Dolly Parton Imagination Library.

United Way of South Mississippi and The Bay St. Louis Rotary started offering the program in August. In those four months, they've already enrolled 500 families - far more than what they expected. Now, organizers are hoping you'll consider pitching in, by giving the gift of reading this holiday season. It only costs $29 to support one child's reading, for a year.

In order to enroll in the program, your child must be born January 1st of 2013, and live in Harrison, Hancock, or Pearl River counties. If you're interested in signing up, or donating to the program visit
