(WMC-TV) – Another sexual harassment complaint is expected to be filed against embattled Madison County Sheriff David Woolfork on Tuesday.
Woolfork is being investigated for two sexual harassment claims made by women within the sheriff's department.
Despite the accusations, the sheriff says he will not resign.
On Monday, the county commission gave Woolfork an ultimatum to resign in seven days or ouster proceedings will begin.
Woolfork's lawyer maintains there is no grounds for an ouster and argues Woolfork has done a good job as sheriff.
