FAYETTEVILLE, AR (RNN) - Arkansas made half of its 22 3-pointers and 28 of its 37 free throws, getting the Razorbacks past former Southwest Conference rival Southern Methodist 89-78.

The Razorbacks (3-0) have now won 17 straight home games.

Alandise Harris led Arkansas with 21 points while Coty Clarke had eight rebounds and four assists. Harris also made all 11 of his free throws.

Arkansas led 46-30 at the half and by as much as 24 points in the second half. The Mustangs (2-1) topped the Razorbacks in field goals made, which helped them outscore Arkansas in the second half 48-43. But it wasn't enough to top the Razorbacks, who scored 20 points off of SMU's 18 turnovers.

The Razorbacks will now hit the road, playing at California on Monday, Nov. 25.
