CONWAY, SC (RNN) – Senior guard Marshall Henderson's return to the court went well for the Ole Miss Rebels as they traveled to Coastal Carolina, winning 72-70 on Saturday.

Henderson, who served the first part of his three-game team suspension, scored 19 points with four rebounds and four steals off the bench in his season debut. Henderson showed some initial rust in the first half, only going 1-of-7 from the field.

Guard Jarvis summers scored 14 points with five assists for the Rebels.

In a back and forth game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers (1-2), Ole Miss (2-0) only led by as many as nine points, and the game included numerous lead changes. The Rebels were glad to see Henderson back, leading by two points with 4:03 left in the second half, he hit a crucial 3-pointer and was back to his flamboyant ways.

Junior guard Josh Cameron scored 16 points as the Coastal Carolina's leading scorer Saturday.

Ole Miss will take on the Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils in Oxford on Friday.
