People protest America's leadership on Hwy 90 in Long Beach

Posted: Updated:
LONG BEACH, MS (WLOX) -

Nine people were on Highway 90 Saturday afternoon protesting against America's politicians and President Obama.

The group held signs that said, "Uphold the Constitution...defend liberty" and "We the people need to stand up."

They said the president and politicians aren't doing their jobs in Washington. And they want new leadership. They said the government shutdown, Obamacare, the mission in Benghazi, Operation Fast and Furious and America's growing debt prompted their protest.

They hope by protesting more Americans will push to have the president impeached and put new politicians in office.

The group connected through Facebook.
