Meet Kathy Williams. She lives at 104 N. Harding St. in Albany. To say that she decorated her house in the spirit of Halloween might be an understatement.
This year her family and friends helped her decorate because she just had surgery. Her love for decorating is getting her a lot of attention.
"People pass by,
they back up, they stop, they look. They take pictures and they compliment me.
It's a good feeling," said Kathy Williams.
