2 arrests made in Baxter County during drug investigation

MOUNTAIN HOME, AR (KAIT) - An investigation into drug activity in Baxter County yields two arrests.

According to Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manuel, Jaycob Anderson, 19, of Bexar and Lisa Pederson, 38, of Cotter were arrested on Oct. 24.

The arrests come after an investigation by Mountain Home police, Arkansas State Police and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force.

Anderson and Pederson were charged with the following felonies:

  • Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 
  • Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone) 
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Both were taken to the Baxter County Jail. Pederson's bond was set at $10,000.

Anderson's bond was set at $250,000 and he is scheduled to be in court again Thursday.
