PASS CHRISTIAN, MS (WLOX) - Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove confirms to WLOX news that the body found in Pass Christian has been identified as 20-year-old Regina Camille Riley of Long Beach.
Hargrove says the family reported Riley missing to Long Beach police October 4th.
Her body was found Friday off of Clarence Avenue, just north of the railroad tracks.
Reports say she was last seen in the DeLisle area Friday, September 27th
Hargrove says the autopsy results show Riley died of as asphyxiation. Her body was identified through dental records and tattoos.
This is being investigated as a homicide by Pass Christian Police, Long Beach Police, and the Harrison County Coroners Office.
