Man shot; crashes into Jackson house

It happened in the 300 block Cedars of Lebanon at Grafton Street. It happened in the 300 block Cedars of Lebanon at Grafton Street.
JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Jackson police said a man, who was shot Friday night, drove into a house.

The unidentified man escaped with non life-threatening injuries.

The incident happened in the 300 block of Cedars of Lebanon about 9:30 p.m.

JPD  says the victim told investigators as he drove up to a home on Grafton Street, gunfire was exchanged.

Witnesses say they heard gunshots and then saw a car driving erratically.

The Mercury drove through one yard, crashed into a fence, then crossed Cedars of Lebanon, slamming into the house.

No one inside the home was injured.
