GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) -

The tax collector's office on 23rd Avenue in Gulfport will be closed until further notice. That's because crews are still trying to clean-up the flooding mess from last weekend.

A broken water line flooded several offices at the Harrison County courthouse. The broken water line was in a men's bathroom at the north end of the courthouse on the ground floor.

Tax Collector David Larosa told WLOX News several computers were damaged and boxes of paper receipts were soaked.

The tax collector's offices on Dedeaux Road and Dr. Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard are both still open for business.
