MDOC convict missing from Hattiesburg work detail

HATTIESBURG, MS (WLOX) -

The search is on for an inmate who left his work detail at the Hattiesburg City Barn Friday afternoon. Authorities believe Micah Lee Bolton is traveling in a white 2006 Dodge Caravan, with City of Hattiesburg Parks and Recreation Department logos, and license plate #G43834.

Bolton was last seen around 2:50pm. He was wearing the state-issue green and white striped pants with a white MDOC shirt with "MDOC Convict" printed on the back. 

Bolton is a 28-year-old black male with brown eyes and black hair. He's 6'3", 260 pounds, and is described as having an extra-large build.  

Bolton is serving a four year sentence for a conviction Delivery of a Controlled Substance from George County.
