NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Metro airport police found almost five pounds of marijuana right outside the Nashville International Airport overnight.

Police stopped a HUM V3 that did not stop at two different stop signs. The officers pulled over the SUV and the driver and passenger began acting suspicious. Officers noticed that the pair began to shuffle multiple objects around in the car. Police then asked for consent to search the car. The inspection lead to 4.6 pounds of weed being found behind the driver's seat

Rodney Brown, 55, was arrested and charged with a felony drug offense. He has also been charged with driving on a suspended license.
