Pass Christian woman booked on charges of forgery

HANCOCK COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -

A Pass Christian woman who was has been wanted since July was arrested Friday morning for charges of forgery and contempt of court.

According to officials, 30-year-old Alicia Jenkins was booked at the Hancock County jail for forgery charges in Bay St. Louis and Waveland. She also had a charge of contempt of court in Waveland, according to the Hancock County jail.  

Bay St. Louis police and Waveland police had been looking for Jenkins since July.

Bay St. Louis police said Jenkins was identified on video surveillance in several area businesses attempting to cash fake $100 bills.
