Dak Prescott, a 6-3, 230 pound sophomore from Haughton, Louisiana is expected to get the starting nod at quarterback if Russell is forced to sit out the game.
Prescott completed 7 of 17 passes for 89 yards in Saturday's 21-3 loss to 13th ranked Oklahoma State. He entered the game in the 3rd quarter after Russell was injured.
