Henry said Ellington was traveling west on Highway 468 when her van apparently drifted into the wrong lane and collided head-on with an 18-wheeler that was traveling east. Ellington was pronounced dead at the scene.

The drive of the 18-wheeler, 52-year-old Lewis Campbell, wasn't injured.
