1 cup of Ground Chicken 1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1 tablespoon Lime Juice 1/2 teaspoon ground Thai Chilis Pepper 1 tablespoon ground roasted Rice 1/2 teaspoon instant Chicken Soup 1/4 chopped Shallots 1/4 sliced Onion 1/4 Cilantro 1/4 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Green Leaves Lettuce, Cilantro and Mint Leaves
Saute ground chicken in the pan add about 1/4 of water and add instant chicken soup until chicken turns white, then add all remaining ingredients. Serve on the bed of green leaves lettuce and garnish to taste. Serve with steamed rice.
