NATCHEZ, Miss. (AP) - Authorities say a man who allegedly swindled several buyers out of money for cemetery headstones has been arrested again and charged with doing it again.

Adams County Sheriff Chuck Mayfield tells The Natchez Democrat that 46-year-old Dwight Gibson was booked with embezzlement of property held in trust.

Mayfield says Gibson is suspected of taking payments for headstones he never delivered.

Gibson was indicted in December 2012 on five counts of false pretense involving separate victims and gravestone purchases of about $6,500.

He is alleged to have contracted to make and install headstones but failed to deliver them.

It was not immediately clear whether he has an attorney for the latest case.
