Grand Jury to hear case of woman accused in cookie scheme

VICKSBURG, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Paula Lynn Kelly, the 35-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of stealing money from fake Girl Scout Cookie orders, hasn't been indicted or sentenced.

Warren County District Attorney Ricky Smith says Kelly's case has been remanded to a grand jury.

The grand jury is expected to meet on Monday.

If Kelly is indicted, she'll appear in court Aug. 9 for arraignment.
