BAY ST. LOUIS, MS (WLOX) - A Waveland may have been using his cell phone to make videos of women in the restroom.

According to Bay St. Louis Police, James Turnage has been arrested on a charge of felony filming a person without consent while in a state of undress.

The 26-year-old was reportedly working at a Bay St. Louis gas station Thursday afternoon.  During that shift, investigators said he put a cell phone in a trash can inside the ladies bathroom.  A short time later, a woman noticed the phone and called police.

Officers confiscated the phone in question.  As their investigation moved forward, they reportedly they found video of Turnage placing the phone in the trash can.

Turnage was arrested and booked in the Hancock County Jail under a $10,000 bond.

After the arrest, Bay police said the suspect got fired by that business owner.
