Memphis Q Kitchen and Barbeque Restaurant's chipotle corn recipe

  1 case corn, husk on              
  1 can pepper, chipotle in adobo              
  2 qt. heavy cream              
  Salt to taste              
  3 tbls cornstarch              
1. Steam Corn with husks on.  Shuck then char on grill.              
2. Cut corn off ears and set aside.              
3. Burr Mix heavy cream and chipotle pepper               
4. Heat on stove top add salt and pepper to taste.              
5. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.              
6. Add grilled corn and serve.
