Posted: Updated:

Ole Miss suspended guard Marshall Henderson indefinitely for violation of team rules.

Ole Miss head basketball coach Andy Kennedy said, "Since the season ended, we have talked a lot about Marshall taking a greater leadership role with our team.  With that comes greater responsibility and he must do a better job of living up to the high standard we expect from him and he desires from himself."

Henderson, a senior from Hurst, Texas started 33 games during the 2012-13 season, averaging 20.1 points and led the Rebels to the SEC Tournament Championship and into the third-round of the NCAA Championship Tournament.
