Ridgeland Police search for auto burglary suspect

RIDGELAND, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Ridgeland Police are trying to identify a man they say used a stolen debit card shortly after the victim's car was burglarized.

Detective Adrian Ready with RPD, says the suspect was captured on a surveillance camera in a Jackson store using the stolen card.

Police say the man is wanted in connection to an auto burglary. Det. Ready explains a car was broken into in the City of Ridgeland and shortly after the auto burglary, the suspect made several fraudulent purchases using the victim's stolen debit card.

Anyone with information on the suspect's identity is asked to call the Ridgeland Police Department at (601) 856-2121 or Crimestoppers at (601) 355-8477.
