Good Wednesday morning from MSNewsNow's Brandon Artiles!
Another relatively cool start to the day with the current temp at 68 degrees. Meteorologist Michael Haynes has better idea of when and where some rain may fall on the July 4th holiday and he'll share those details in his First Alert Forecast.
Happening now, through various legal mechanisms and court rulings the "open carry" gun law remains in limbo this morning creating confusion on whether or not the law applies. Plus, in a concession to business groups the Obama Administration is delaying a key part of the federal healthcare law.
Also, a portion of an apartment complex in the Brandon/Reservoir area has caught fire. We'll bring you the latest on the active fire on the A.M. Report.
All those stories and much more are headed your way at the top of the hour.
Please join us from 5 to 7 and for more Mississippi News Now the show continues on Fox 40 from 7 to 9.
Have a great Wednesday!
